Good sized rooms with clean bedding (extra bedding in the wardrobe if needed).

Good quality breakfast with a good wide choice of cereals as well as full English.

Lorraine was great, very, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her, great character.

Hotel is well situated for local amenities and only a short walk from the beach and a little way from the Metro/bus interchange/centre of South Shields.
